When your girlfriend who you haven’t seen in a minute sends a photo via text of her backyard garden bounty with the caption, “Would you like any of these?”And the “these” are fresh jalapeƱos, tomatoes and lettuce you cant help but say, yes! Honestly, I will always be more excited to spend more time with her but all the better when she wants to share the fruits of her labor. We all need friends like that, friends who know what we love and what we will appreciate.
We love Mexican food in our home and as my daughter would say, “like literally” we could eat it everyday. And when we tell people that Mexican food is our favorite and we are always creating Mexican dishes and dining at Mexican restos we all agree that Mexican food is the BEST! Inevitably, we will talk about our favorite dishes and I will hear Carne’ Asada, Chicken Enchiladas and children almost always say queso.

In general, I’m a lazy luncher and I would much rather blend up a smoothie or go “lunching” with someone I love opposed to making lunch and eating at home. Since going plant-based my feelings about eating lunch in have changed

Yes, you know that tiny window during the day when the babies are at mothers morning out and you can relax your shoulders and be a woman once again.
