Chocolate chip! Chocolate chip is the answer I hear every time I ask my house what kind of cookies they want me to bake for them. Although my husband would rather have oatmeal raisin, snicker doodles or an iced sugar cookie basically anything but chocolate chip. But we are out numbered in opinion so by default I end up making chocolate chip cookies. Truth be told, I’m part of the chocolate chip loving portion of our family so I wouldn’t exactly say that I manipulate the result BUT I am the one making the cookies.

A trip to Disneyland is something I got to do once I became a mom. Yep, never “Experienced the Magic” as a child partly because I lived in the midwest and both California and Florida were more than a day trip away. Now that I live in Atlanta and it’s a six hour drive and my children are the “perfect ages” we have visited. Apparently the perfect ages are 4-6 years and we fit into that window perfectly.

Unless, that is, you are spending 5 hours at the sports field watching your little bundles play their hearts out in football and back to back soccer games. My how my single, newlywed and mom of tots days have changed. For the better? Of course its for the the better albeit busier it is definitely better.
These little dairy free, gluten free, fiber full and protein packed cookies have all but stole my heart. They actually own my taste buds, I’m sure of. These mostly raw cookies are the real deal. From bite one to bite three they taste like the Nutella right from the jar.
